FastPic Auto Inventory Management Software
FastPic Auto Inventory Management Software interfaces with ADP Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to provide a high level of inventory control, reduced parts picking time and improved order picking accuracy. FastPic receives sales orders and repair orders from your DMS and automatically positions Remstar equipment for fast parts retrieval. FastPic maximizes the storage density of the Remstar equipment using advanced space management techniques and dynamic location management.

- ADP Business Partner
- Direct connection to the ADP server. This translates to speed and reliability.
- Part databases are synchronized automatically. This includes part additions, deletions, super sessions, and bin changes. These functions can be scheduled to run daily or on demand as needed. Parts and descriptions can be downloaded directly from ADP for initial system load.
- Sales Orders and Repair Orders are sent to FastPic automatically for Remstar line items. When a sales order is invoiced or a repair order is released or amended, FastPic receives these lines for automatic order picking.
- Reconciliation reports are integrated into FastPic. Inventory discrepancies can be printed for a hard-copy report. Reconciliation functions can be scheduled to run daily or on demand as needed.
- After physical inventory is complete, ADP’s stock levels can be reconciled with FastPic in seconds. The FastPic stock levels can be uploaded to ADP with a click of a button. The physical inventory module allows you to select a random sampling of parts to count as while as specify a value for high dollar parts to count. Count sheets can be printed as well as an inventory summary for your auditors.
