• Data is passed back and forth between the systems in real-time. Most of the integration takes place automatically, in the background, without any extra steps for the user.
• Many functions are integrated directly into ERA making it easy to learn and use.
• Part databases are synchronized automatically. This includes part additions, deletions, super sessions, mass super sessions and bin changes. Parts and descriptions can be downloaded directly from ERA for initial system load.
• Sales Orders and Repair Orders are sent to FastPic automatically for Remstar line items. When a sales order is invoiced or a repair order is released or amended, FastPic receives these lines for automatic order picking.
• Reconciliation reports are integrated into ERA. Inventory discrepancies can be reviewed, accepted individually or accepted collectively. This can be run on-demand, through ERA, as often as a parts manager would like.
• After physical inventory is complete, ERA’s stock levels can be reconciled with FastPic in seconds.
• Returns to suppliers or manufacturers will be sent down electronically as an order for fast and efficient picking. This can often be hundreds of line items if returns are processed monthly or sometimes even quarterly.
• Kits in ERA will be exploded into individual line items for picking out of Remstar. This allows kits to be maintained in one system, but utilized in both.
