Craft Equipment on the Move - Triples Capacity

new craft buildingCraft Equipment Company announced its moving of their corporate headquarters to 1820 Massaro Blvd, Tampa. The move, a result of company growth, became effective August 1, 2013. The new 44,100 sq. ft. facility will allow the company to house more equipment, inventory and personnel to better serve the needs of customers.

“The move reflects the significant growth at Craft Equipment over the last three years and is long overdue,” said Craft President and CEO Don Mays. “This will allow us to triple our productivity, enhance our commitment to customer support, and significantly improve the process of installation and repair. I’m excited about our opportunities going forward.”

Craft Equipment Purchases American Waste Control

Craft Equipment Company, a Southern states regional material handling equipment, waste reduction and construction specialty equipment distributor, announced August 1st their purchase of American Waste Control of Florida (AWC).

Headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, the acquisition of AWC will further strengthen Craft’s operations in the four southernmost counties of Florida, including Miami.

Craft Introduces New Waste Reduction Service Truck

waste expoCraft Equipment Company, a Southern states regional waste reduction equipment and service distributor, introduced their new waste reduction service truck at the Waste Expo held May 20 – 22, 2013 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

The new service truck will provide more efficient and productive service of balers and compactors in use at customer’s locations throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Louisiana , Mississippi, Tennessee and North Carolina.
